01. Assignment

The aim was to create a digital platform that brings together three key areas:

• presentation of Slovak companies
• event management
• information service for the public

The solution needed to be easy to understand, simple to use, and ready for expansion. The platform had to support daily operations without requiring complex interventions, while also allowing for future development and integration with other systems.

02. Solution

The project kicked off with extensive user research, based on which we designed a functional, intuitive and visually appealing design. In parallel, we prepared a detailed functional analysis, which was the basis for developing a reliable and scalable solution.

We built the portal on modern open-source technologies that guarantee high performance, flexibility and security: Docker Swarm, Nginx, NuxtJs, PHP, Portainer, RabbitMQ, Redis, S3 Storage and VueJS.

The solution is fully integrated via REST API to SARIO’s internal systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and automatic synchronization of large amounts of data.

It is hosted in the government cloud, ensuring high availability and security standards.

An experienced team of specialists was involved in the development, including frontend and backend developers, a tech lead, a tester, and a project manager. Working together, they delivered a robust and user-friendly solution.

03. Result

Findin.sk is a fully responsive digital platform with a focus on exceptional user experience (UX). The portal offers clear sections tailored to different target groups:

• Companies – a comprehensive catalogue of Slovak companies, with the possibility of filtering by criteria such as location, number of employees or certificates. Company profile details include key information, results and business focus. Companies can easily update their details via an online form. The section also serves as an effective tool for presenting the capacities of Slovak industry to foreign partners.
• Events – an interactive overview of upcoming events organised by SARIO. Users can easily filter relevant events and register directly via the online form. Each detail contains all relevant information including contact and organizational details.
• Archive and information pages – access to records of events already held and a detailed overview of the activities and services offered by SARIO.

Findin.sk is not just a portal. It is a strategic tool for supporting exports, building business partnerships, and showcasing Slovak companies on the global stage.

The Find In Slovakia portal was created within the framework of the SARIO National Project “Support for the internationalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises”, activity “Development of supply chains” (RDR).
