The position of a Java Developer requires more advanced knowledge of Java 8+. The work is full remote based in our team of IT specialists, which is dedicated to the projects of our clients in order to replenish their internal development and professional capacities. Based on the cooperation with us, you will be working on various projects for national and multinational clients operating in various segments of automotive, healthcare, fintech industries. Each project will bring you new colleagues, a new environment, experiences, and challenges. Despite that we prefer full remote cooperation, from the beginning you will be an essential part of our core team, you will receive support from tech leaders, other developers, and managers.

After the initial 3 months of cooperation, we have a joint meeting with Techlead and HR, during which we try to find out if we have met the expectations of the other party. We are interested in whether the people at SCR are satisfied, what they enjoy and where they want to move. We meet with each team member at least once a year, where we talk about all these things.
Flexibility at work is extremely important to us. We respect that there are days when we need to arrange personal matters, sort out the bank stuff, take children to and from school. At the same time, we are aware that flexibility requires a great deal of responsibility.
At our joint events, we present our business results, started and completed cooperation with clients. We are open to new ideas. We are also interested in looking at the functioning of the company and suggestions for what we could improve.
Your reward in the position of Java Developer in SCR can range from 1.200 – 5.200 €.
